Approved orders are dispatched within one working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your nominated UK address.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services once your order has been dispatched.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery location is provided. We cannot be held responsible for packages not received due to incorrect address details supplied by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and the order dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to the nature of prescription medicines.
Prescription medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once dispensed, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Our service does not replace your regular GP or NHS care. Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. You should inform your GP that you are receiving treatment through our service.
If you experience any serious or unexpected side effects, stop taking your medication and seek immediate medical advice from your GP or call 999 in an emergency. Do not rely solely on our online service for urgent medical matters.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
